3. Reserve parking

3.3 The pre-booking will be accepted by you upon receipt of your reference number of pre-reservation contained in the confirmation email.
3.4 The reference number contained in the confirmation email is only valid for Aquacar:
• Dates and times shown
• With the price shown in Euros
• For company premises, near Alicante airport and during the period established parking, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3.5 The price applied is the one that exists at the time of the pre-booking. Details of the current parking rates listed in Aquacar website.
3.6 The use of the parking is all subject to the terms and conditions of use which are reproduced here for ease of reference time. Parking conditions and disclaimer:
• The vehicles are left in this car park at any time at the risk owner in all aspects.

Four. Pricing and calculation of parking fees

5. Payment and use of the parking service

6. Cancellations or booking modifications
6.1 If you want to cancel your reservation totally (all contracted days) and has already made the payment online by credit card, you will need the reference number of the pre-booking and e-mail address you used to do it. Aquacar must be notified of cancellation at least 6 hours before the time and date on your reservation. The refund paid will suffer a deduction of 6 € on the amount paid. 6.7. If Aquacar cancel the pre-booking for any reason and not due to a case of force majeure, Aquacar offer a change of dates of parking.
6.8. In case your pre-booking is canceled or modified, you will receive a formal notification of cancellation or modification by e-mail at the email address provided during pre-booking. If applicable, you also receive the new reference number.
6.9. By accepting the hiring of parking service the customer agrees to the withdrawal of your vehicle at the specified date and time agreed on the reservation. Any change in the collection must be reported in writing to the company at least 6 hours in advance and via email: info@aquacarparking.es and indicating the following information:

7. Overwhelming force
Aquacar are not responsible for any cancellation, reduction or any other cause threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, cancellation or schedule changes airlines, and all similar events outside their control. 8. Responsibility Aquacar

9. Bus shuttle service, parking-transfer terminal / terminal-parking
9.1. Aquacar offers a shuttle bus between the parking lots and the passenger terminal during normal hours of operation.
9.2. It is reported that it is your responsibility to take the right amount of time to effect the transfer of the car park to the passenger terminal, with a shuttle bus. The times of shipments under normal traffic conditions and frequency of shuttle bus services are only estimates. 10. Aquacar right to cancel or provide alternative car parking
Aquacar reserves the right in case of impossibility of providing car parking for any reason to cancel the contract or provide an equivalent alternative. In the case of such circumstances, Aquacar will use its best efforts to find an alternative for the customer changing the parking area and, if the contract is terminated for lack of alternatives, Aquacar will refund the payment received by the pre- reserve, but will not be responsible for any other costs you may incur as a result.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part by any court or other authority, whose decisions have the force of law binding on the parties, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
